How do commissions work?

Commissions are based on the referrals you send us. You can see them in your account on our affiliate portal.

You cannot receive commissions for purchases that you make yourself. However, you will receive discounted prices for using us as your affiliate.

What does Priority Support mean?

Direct access to a member of the Chilli team who can help you and your customers with any of our applications.

As a HubSpot partner, will I be the sole point of contact for my clients?

We will not contact end customers unless specifically requested and agreed to by the affiliate. The partner's relationship with their customers is protected.

What other support is available?

We support you with the onboarding and configuration of the applications. On request, we can also carry out this work directly for your customers.
