Image links in HubSpot can be transferred to documents and used to create attractive presentations. This is useful for images in quotations, property presentations or even in ticket reports for claims.

A quotation is often a large document containing important details about the products and services offered. It has proven useful for creating proposals in an MS Word document. Until now, HubSpot did not support this.

ChiliDocs^® retrieves the data from the company information, contacts and deals and easily links it to your Word document.

The process is the same as preparing a document for mail merge directly in MS Word: You add the necessary control characters to the document and place it in the appropriate folder in the file manager in HubSpot.

When you are on the deal you want in HubSpot, you will see the ChiliDocs^® CRM card in the right column. Click the Create button to open a window. You select the template and the Word or PDF document is created. Now you can edit and save it as usual.
