🇨🇭 What is SIMAP Connect?

SIMAP Connect brings Swiss public tenders into your HubSpot CRM twice a day, automatically — with your filters, no manual searching, no duplicates.

Instead of checking simap.ch every morning for relevant tenders, let SIMAP Connect do the work for you: the app pulls new publications from simap.ch twice a day and creates them directly as Deals in your HubSpot portal. The responsible procurement office (Beschaffungsstelle) is automatically created as a Company and linked to the Deal.

⚙️ How it works, in four steps:

  1. Install the app from the HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. Configure your filters in the app settings (cantons, CPV/BKP codes, project type, process type, publication type, procurement offices, keywords).
  3. Trigger the one-time 1-year initial import — you get a fully populated pipeline right away.
  4. Sit back: from now on, SIMAP Connect syncs automatically twice a day (06:00 and 18:00).

 

💡 Note on duplicates:

Every Deal is uniquely identified by the simap-internal project ID (simap_project_id). You will never get the same Deal twice in your pipeline — even if a publication is updated on simap.ch, the existing Deal is updated cleanly instead of duplicated.

 

⚠️ What SIMAP Connect does not do:

  • It does not log in to simap.ch on your behalf
  • It does not download tender documents
  • It does not submit offers

 

SIMAP Connect is a read-only integration. Your bidding workflow on simap.ch stays entirely in your hands — we just bring the matching tenders into your CRM.
