🚪 How do I cancel my SIMAP Connect subscription?

Cancel in two clicks — sync keeps running until the end of your paid term, and you don't have to email anyone.

Don't want to keep using SIMAP Connect, or simply don't want your subscription to auto-renew? Cancellation runs directly from the app settings — no calls, no emails.

 

Step-by-step:

  1. In HubSpot, open Settings → Connected Apps → SIMAP Connect → Settings.
  2. Switch to the "Subscription" tab.
  3. Click "Cancel subscription".
  4. Optionally, leave a short cancellation reason in the text field — this helps us keep improving SIMAP Connect.
  5. Confirm the cancellation in the dialog.

 

🎫 What happens after cancellation?

  1. A support ticket is automatically opened with the ChiliDigital team.
  2. The Subscription tab shows status "Cancellation pending".
  3. Our team processes the cancellation, typically within one business day.
  4. Your sync continues normally until the end of your paid term — you don't lose anything.
  5. After the paid term ends, the app moves to "cancelled" status and the sync stops.

 

💡 Note – your data stays:

Even after cancellation, the imported Deals and Companies are not automatically deleted from HubSpot. They stay in your portal and you can keep working with them — we just stop the sync.

 

⚠️ Reactivation:

Want to come back to SIMAP Connect later? You can start a new subscription any time — your filter configuration is preserved.
