🎚️ Which filters can I configure?

SIMAP Connect gives you eight filter dimensions to precisely control which Swiss tenders are imported as Deals into your HubSpot CRM.

🎯 Filters at a glance:

1. Language – DE, FR, IT, or EN. Controls which language titles and descriptions are preferred when importing.
2. Cantons – Multi-select across all 26 Swiss cantons. Only tenders from the selected cantons are imported.
3. CPV codes – Common Procurement Vocabulary, searchable. Use these to filter by industry / product category.
4. BKP codes – Construction cost-plan codes, fully preloaded. Relevant for construction tenders.
5. Project type – e.g. construction, supplies, services.
6. Process type – e.g. open procedure, selective procedure, direct award.
7. Publication type – e.g. tender, award, prior information notice.
8. Procurement offices (Beschaffungsstellen) – Search for specific public bodies (federal, cantonal, municipal, etc.). Minimum 3 characters to search.
9. Keywords – Free-text terms that must appear in the title or description.

🔗 How are filters combined?

• Within a dimension: OR logic. Select Bern and Zürich and you get tenders from either canton.
• Across dimensions: AND logic. Select canton Bern + CPV "construction" and you only get tenders from Bern that also belong to the construction CPV category.

💡 Tip:

You don't have to set every filter. In practice, 2–3 dimensions are usually enough (e.g. cantons + CPV codes) to build a solid pipeline. Filters that are too narrow risk missing relevant tenders.
