📤 How can I cancel my ChiliDocs® subscription?

If you want to cancel your ChiliDocs® subscription, you can do so directly via the HubSpot settings:

🔧 Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to your HubSpot settings.

  2. In the left menu, select “Connected Apps”.

  3. Find ChiliDocs® in the list of connected apps and open its settings.

  4. Navigate to the “General” tab.

  5. There you’ll find the option “Cancel subscription”.

    Clicking it will open a popup where you can submit your cancellation request.


⏳ What happens next?

Once submitted:

  • a support ticket will automatically be created.

  • our team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours.

  • you will receive an email confirmation once your subscription has been canceled.


✅ Continued access after cancellation

Even after cancellation, you will still have access to ChiliDocs until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

For example: If your subscription is billed annually and you paid in January, you can still use ChiliDocs until the end of December — even if you cancel early.

 

💡 Note: Cancellation only stops the automatic renewal. You retain access until the subscription naturally ends.
