đź’ł How do I start my SIMAP Connect subscription?

Go from app to checkout in a couple of clicks, pay securely, and SIMAP Connect unlocks automatically.

For SIMAP Connect to keep syncing for you long-term, you need an active subscription. The whole flow runs directly from the HubSpot app — no separate account, no manual activation.

 

đź’¸ How is the subscription structured?

  • 14-day free trial after the first payment
  • Followed by a 1-year license
  • Automatically renews at the end of the term unless you cancel beforehand

 

âś… Step-by-step:

  1. In HubSpot, open Settings → Connected Apps → SIMAP Connect → Settings.
  2. Switch to the "Subscription" tab.
  3. Click "Start subscription".
  4. A new tab opens with the secure checkout (powered by ChiliDigital Payments).
  5. Enter your payment details and complete the checkout.
  6. After successful payment, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page — you can close this tab and switch back to HubSpot.
  7. The app settings unlock the Filter tab and all features as soon as activation is processed (usually within a few seconds).

 

⚠️ Note on activation:

In rare cases, payment has gone through but the status hasn't updated yet. Just reload the HubSpot page — SIMAP Connect checks the status every few seconds and flips to "active" as soon as activation completes.

 

💡 Tip – check status any time:

The "Subscription" tab always shows your current status (active, cancelled, or inactive) along with the date your subscription is valid through.
