🎚️ Which filters can I configure?
From cantons through CPV codes to keywords — these are the filters available in ChiliSIMAP.
ChiliSIMAP gives you eight filter dimensions to precisely control which Swiss tenders are imported as Deals into your HubSpot CRM.
🎯 Filters at a glance:
- Language – DE, FR, IT, or EN. Controls which language titles and descriptions are preferred when importing.
- Cantons – Multi-select across all 26 Swiss cantons. Only tenders from the selected cantons are imported.
- CPV codes – Common Procurement Vocabulary, searchable. Use these to filter by industry / product category.
- BKP codes – Construction cost-plan codes, fully preloaded. Relevant for construction tenders.
- Project type – e.g. construction, supplies, services.
- Process type – e.g. open procedure, selective procedure, direct award.
- Publication type – e.g. tender, award, prior information notice.
- Procurement offices (Beschaffungsstellen) – Search for specific public bodies (federal, cantonal, municipal, etc.). Minimum 3 characters to search.
- Keywords – Free-text terms that must appear in the title or description.
đź”— How are filters combined?
⚠️ Constraining filters (at least one required)
At least one filter from this group must be set for the sync to run – a single filter is enough: Cantons, CPV codes, BKP codes, Procurement offices, or Keywords. Project type, process type, and publication type do not count as constraining – if left empty, they are treated as "All" and only narrow the results further if you choose.
🔀 Combination logic
- Within the same field: OR. Multiple values in the same filter are combined with OR. Example: canton Wallis or Zürich – the same applies to multiple keywords.
- Between different fields: AND. Filters across different fields are combined with AND. Example: canton Wallis + CPV code "Construction" only imports construction tenders from Wallis – not everything from either filter.
📊 Limits per field
- Cantons: max. 25
- CPV codes: max. 15
- BKP codes: max. 15
- Procurement offices: max. 25
- Keywords: max. 10
These limits make sure your filters actually narrow down the result set (e.g. you cannot select all 26 cantons) and that the import stays performant.
đź’ˇ Tip:
You don't have to set every filter. In practice, 2–3 dimensions are usually enough (e.g. cantons + CPV codes) to build a solid pipeline. Filters that are too narrow risk missing relevant tenders.
