🚀 Quickstart: Your first sync in 5 minutes

You've just installed ChiliSIMAP and want to see your first Deals in the pipeline right away? Follow this quick guide — you'll be up and running in under five minutes.

✅ Step-by-step:

In HubSpot, go to Settings → Connected Apps → ChiliSIMAP → Settings.
Open the "Filter" tab.
Configure at least one narrowing filter — for example, a few CPV codes for your industry, or keywords. Cantons are optional: leave them empty to cover all of Switzerland.
Click "Save".
Click "Preview" to see how many tenders from the past 12 months match your filters.
Optional: if the number looks reasonable, click "Start 1-year import" in the import panel to additionally import the past 12 months.

⏱️ What happens next?

From the moment your filters are saved, ChiliSIMAP syncs new tenders automatically — even without the initial import. The initial import itself runs in the background, even if you close the tab. Depending on how many matches you have, it takes anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. You can watch progress any time in the import panel.

💡 Tip – don't set filters too broadly:

If you set no filters, the import could potentially pull in every tender published in Switzerland over the last 12 months — that's thousands of Deals. We recommend narrowing at least by CPV codes or keywords so your pipeline stays relevant.
