🏷️ Which properties are populated on Deals and Companies?

When you install SIMAP Connect, it automatically creates all the custom properties it needs in HubSpot — on Deals and on Companies. You don't have to create or configure anything manually.

📂 Properties populated on the Deal include:

• simap_project_id – Unique simap project ID (dedup key)
• dealname – Tender title
• Project description (short and detailed)
• Publication date
• Submission deadline
• Canton(s) of the tender
• CPV codes & BKP codes
• Project type, process type, publication type
• Link to the original publication on simap.ch
• Publication language
• Additional detail fields (lots, options, variants, etc.)

All Deals land in a dedicated SIMAP pipeline, so they stay clearly separated from your other Deals.

🏢 Properties populated on the Company include:

• simap_proc_office_id – Unique simap procurement-office ID
• Procurement office name
• Address, ZIP, city, canton
• Procurement office type (federal, cantonal, municipal, etc.)
• Contact details, if published on simap.ch

🔗 Deal ↔ Company link:

Every imported Deal is automatically linked to the corresponding Company (procurement office). That way, you can see every tender from a given procurement office at a glance on the Company record.

For a clean, organized view of all simap fields, use the SIMAP property card, which you can show on both Deal and Company records.
