📇 The SIMAP property card on Deals and Companies

Instead of scrolling through dozens of individual properties, SIMAP Connect ships its own property card that you can pin to your Deal and Company records. It groups all simap fields neatly, translates enum values into your HubSpot language, and includes a direct "Open on simap.ch" link on Deals.

🎴 What's on the card?

• On Deals: project info, dates, deadlines, categories (CPV/BKP), process/project/publication type, link to the procurement office, plus the "Open on simap.ch" button.
• On Companies: procurement office master data (name, address, canton, type).

🌍 Multilingual:

The card automatically detects your HubSpot user language (DE, EN, FR, IT) and shows labels, section titles, and enum values (e.g. "Construction" vs. "Bauarbeiten") in the right language.

✅ Step-by-step: pin the card

1. Open any Deal or Company record in HubSpot.
2. Click "Customize actions" → "Customize the middle column" at the top right.
3. In the left panel, search for "SIMAP Connect" and drag the card to your preferred position.
4. Click "Save and exit".

The card now appears on all Deal and Company records.

💡 Note – if the card is empty:

If you see the card on a Deal/Company that wasn't imported by SIMAP Connect (e.g. a manually created Deal), it shows an empty state with a hint. That's expected — the card only displays data when simap_project_id or simap_proc_office_id is set.
