📂 Pipeline folders

With pipeline folders, ChiliDocs only shows the templates that make sense – e.g. sales templates only on sales deals, support templates only on support tickets.

✅ How it works

Create a subfolder inside ChiliDocs whose name contains a pipeline ID (for deals/tickets/orders/courses). ChiliDocs will show the templates from that folder only on records in that pipeline.

✅ The ID must stand alone as a token in the folder name

Works:

• Sales_15942949

• Pipeline-0

Does not work:

• Offers 2024 – 2024 is not a pipeline ID

• Templates 6.0 – 6.0 is not a pipeline ID

✅ Default pipelines

• HubSpots default deal pipeline ID is default – a folder named Default … counts as the default deal pipeline folder.

• The default ticket pipeline ID is 0.

✅ How to find a pipeline ID

HubSpot Settings → Objects → Deals/Tickets → Pipelines → pipeline ID.
